Craig Gilliam
Hi, I'm Craig, but please call me Fizz. With over 15 years of experience in design strategy, I specialize in brand, product, and customer experience. Though my background is in graphic design, I'm driven by a passion for strategic problem-solving and using innovation to create scalable solutions that benefit many.
My mission is to improve lives through human-centered innovation, and recently, this has led me to the HealthTech space. Together with my wife Ellie, a Clinical Nutritionist, we've identified inefficiencies in nutrition planning for health professionals.
That's why we launched Umami, a revolutionary platform that empowers nutrition professionals to better serve their clients. Umami addresses long-standing gaps in the industry, offering solutions that truly make a difference.
